On Mothers Day Making your Mom Feel Special

It doesn’t take much to make mom feel special on her day! Maybe breakfast, maybe flowers, the choice is yours. If you give mom a special breakfast, be sure you don’t spill the beans ahead of time. Most times moms want to be there watching who is messing up her kitchen.
A good idea for mom for Mothers Day is make her breakfast and serve her in bed. If you choose to serve mom breakfast you may want to plan ahead. If you plan on flowers, make sure you order them early so that they arrive a day before.
If you plan on having mom over for a wonderful dinner you plan to cook, tell her that you want to surprise her, not to make any plans for that evening. If she has made plans ask her if you can do it the next night or the night before. Don’t tell her what you are doing, just ask her to dinner.
A few decorations for mom, you can get a few balloons that are filled with helium and decorate her chair with them. Instead of giving big gifts, it’s the little thanks that are more appreciated. Have the grandkids make her a card, by hand. This too is a tear jerker! Moms love hand made items. They appreciate the time it took to make such things.
After dinner, make her a special cupcake dessert. By having cupcakes, there is not too much of a mess, no extras! Have the kids decorate the cupcakes but have one set aside that they all do together, this is her special one! For this moms will appreciate their day and feel special.

Humour me, I’m feeling down in the dumps and a little bit sorry for myself. It’s my first mothers day and I want to feel special. I have an 8 month old son.
take you baby out..enjoy a nice day together. Or visit other family if you have them nearby. But the main thing..cherish your child, be thankful for him and do something (day at the park, trip to the mall, or a playland) that you can enjoy together. And count your blessings you have him.
I know you are going through a hard time..but try to shift your focus to him..he needs you regardless of what is going on. At his young age, even a stroller ride in the park would be nice..or a little picnic, etc. Good luck to you.

Take baby for a walk, go to a mall and window show. Treat yourself to something (with love from your little guy) even if it’s only a cone of ice cream!! Take a bath together and relax!!!
Cuddle up in bed with your little guy and watch a movie…give kisses and cuddles!!
Hugs to you both, and try and have a wonderful day with your son…THAT’s what Mother’s day is about!!

Why are you crying, a young boy asked his Mom?
"Because I’m a woman," she told him.
"I don’t understand," he said.
His Mom just hugged him and said,
"And you never will, but that’s O.K."…….

sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him

It is hers to use
whenever needed and !
it is her only weakness….
When you see her cry,
tell her how much you love her, and all she does for everyone, and even though
she may still cry, you will have made her heart feel good.
She is special!

But, also send this to men so they will understand about what a
wonderful thing a woman is.
